A genuine grain to glass bourbon, it is mashed, fermented, distilled, barreled, aged 2 years and bottled on-site at our Treaty Oak Distillery.

We stole some of our favorite barrels from across the country and re-barreled them here at the distillery and let the mix rest for 10 to 18 months in first-use American white oak barrels.
